Scheduling appointments online is easy and available 24/7 by using the link below. ( It is much easier than playing phone tag with each other).

Please Be Certain You receive an e-mail confirmation for your appointment. If you do not receive one you may not have an appointment. Also please check your JUNK MAIL if you do not get one in your inbox. Note: These confirmation e-mails will come from Genbook.co).
Since this appointment software only schedules along the times I have programmed for it, if there is something you need to change, i.e. an appointment time at 3:45 pm instead of 4:00 pm, ~ choose the best appointment time listed here and leave me a note or call me and I'll see if I can accommodate you.
Please Note: Since I am a one person hands-on practice and my full attention is on the client I am currently with, it often may take up to 24 hours to return your call. Know that any delay is not personal. Thank you for your understanding.
I require 24 hour cancellation of appointments or you will be charged for your missed appointment time if I am not able to fill your spot from my waiting list.
If you are late you will be seen for the balance of your remaining appointment time and charged the full amount.
All information you enter in these intake forms is fully confidential and will not be shared with anyone else. When you make your appointment there will be a place for you to send me a note if you like.
