About Michael
For 40 years, I have enjoyed sharing hands-on mindbody re-education approaches and have researched and taught connective methods for restoring aliveness and wellbeing. I am the developer of Mindfulness-based Bowen Touch Therapy and direct Core Balance Bowen Touch Therapy Training and the Harrison School of Human Resources, Berkeley, California. I have always been primarily a hands-on body educator, mindfulness-based practitioner and I offer training to individuals and groups when requested. I love teaching laypeople ways for working with loved ones.
From 1973-1979 I served as a founding member/practitioner of the Center for Holistic Arts and The Center for Aliveness and Wellbeing, San Diego, California. In 1987, I helped provide effective massage and bodywork programs for the Claremont European Health Spa, Oakland Ca. I have practiced and taught in Yelapa and Puerto Vallarta, Mexico; Puna and Goa, India, the University of North Carolina, Greensborough; San Diego and La Jolla, California and now for the past 24 years in the Berkeley/San Francisco Bay area.
I am available for private sessions, one to one individual TRAININGS, CONSULTATIONS and classes in the art of Core Balancing Bowen Touch and mentoring. The Bowen Touch Therapy trainings is usually held in Berkeley, California on a one 2 one training basis. Group training happen as they are sponsored and organized by interested individuals and organizations.

Future training is foreseen in Boston, Massachusetts, Sante Fe, New Mexico, Seattle, Washington, Mexico, Hawaii and Ireland.
