Michael’s hands-on techniques are designed to be gentle, brief and to stimulate the whole brain-body system’s core intelligence to reset itself to energetic and structural balance and integrity. Healing often happens as a result - usually in a brief series of sessions. (Five sessions, spaced one week apart, are often recommended.)
Specific movements, walking and drinking water - along with cultivating a mindfulness practice of self-appreciation is suggested. This is to help shift the brain-nervous system out of fight or flight response and into the parasympathetic system where a cascade of internal changes toward balance, alignment and aliveness naturally take place.

- Every thing changes. All material structures including the human body-mind comes into form, develops, and ages/deconstructs and dies. People, things, emotions, thoughts, conditions, events, the body; ~ all material things change. There are no exceptions.
- Plans don't always work out; we have no real control over any thing.
- Life is not always fair.
- Pain is often a part of life.
- People are not always loving and loyal all the time.
Observing these five givens and living skillfully and with true friendliness in relation to them determines to a large extend our experience of contentment, aliveness, well-being or dis-ease.
